IMI Global Primary Technology Provider For HFAC's USDA Cooperative Agreement Program

Integrated Management Information, Inc. (IMI Global) (OTCBB: INMG), a leading provider of verification and Internet solutions for the agricultural/livestock industry, today announced it has been selected by Humane Farm Animal Care (HFAC) as primary contractor in a cooperative agreement to help implement the first phase of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Animal Identification System (NAIS), a program designed to register premises, identify and trace animals in the event of animal disease outbreak.

As primary contractor, IMI Global will work with HFAC to promote premise registration in accordance with NAIS standards. Specifically, IMI Global, using its verification and Web products and services, will team with HFAC to educate livestock-related organizations on the importance of registering their premises with NAIS as a key step toward creating a nationwide communications network to assist livestock owners and animal health officials in the event of an animal disease event.

HFAC qualified for USDA funding for this program due to its status as a non-profit organization. HFAC, in turn, has commissioned IMI Global to use its industry standing, expertise and technical resources to educate livestock organizations ranging from cattle ranches, feedyards and sale barns to meat packers and veterinarian clinics. IMI Global, which is already a leader in cattle verification and identification systems, will use its CattleNetwork and AgNetwork web sites to orchestrate a promotional campaign aimed at current and potential IMI Global customers -- primarily cattle ranchers and feedyards.
