Saddle Up for Life at the AQHA World Show

Join the American Quarter Horse Association as it gives a tribute to horsemen and horsewomen who have fought the battle with cancer at the second annual Saddle Up For Life on November 14 at State Fair Park in Oklahoma City.

Quarter Horse Outfitters located in the Travel and Transportation Building at the AQHA Trade Show will be selling special items to benefit the Shirley Bowman Nutrition Clinic at the University of Oklahoma Cancer Institute. Commemorative hat pins will be available for $5, and trailer bumper stickers will be available for $3. A wall of honor will also be set up at the front of State Fair Park Arena to honor and memorialize loved ones. Names can be added to the wall for $1.

On Friday, November 14, during the evening finals, the American Quarter Horse Association will pay tribute to the horsemen and horsewomen who have survived their battle with cancer. If you or someone you know is one of these brave individuals, please join Saddle Up For Life and ride in the arena. For more information and to sign up for this wonderful tribute, visit Shorty’s Caboy Hattery in the Travel and Transportation Building. Riders will receive a free Professional’s Choice saddle pad.

The Bank of America Amateur and FedEx Open World Championship Show is the largest single-breed world championship horse show in the world.
