Monty Roberts’ Special Training at Flag Is Up Farms

Monty Roberts’ Special Training at Flag Is Up Farms

This August the Monty Roberts International Learning Center will be holding a very special Course at the home of Monty Roberts - Flag Is Up Farms/Solvang. For the fourth consecutive year Monty Roberts (“The man Who Listens To Horses”) takes time out of his busy schedule to spent 5 days with students from around the world, who come to learn about his violence free and trust based training method for horses.

During the course of these five days, Monty will demonstrate, with a wide variety of horses, his understanding of the language Equus.  This learning experience will provide you with the educational tools you might need to address problems such as leadership issues, ground manners, teaching to tie, crossing water (and/or obstacles), loading, head-shyness, mounting, bucking, standing for the farrier, kicking, biting, and more.

This auditorial class is a great and unique opportunity to see this gifted man at work, ask the questions you always wanted to ask and be involved in discussions.  There is nowhere else in the world where you will have the chance to spent quality time with Monty as this is the one and only class that he teaches himself.

The class is schedule for August 4th-8th , 9 a.m. – 5p.m. the course fee is $ 2000 and lunch is included and will be served at Monty’s private home with a stunning view over the Santa Ynez Valley.

If you are interested in signing up for this class or you have a remedial horse that might be suitable to participate and be worked by Monty himself, give us a call at 805-688-3483 or e-mail us on info@join-up.org
