I started trimming mine about 2 years ago using Pete Ramey's technique.  My horses are VERY sound !  I took on a few more horses after I saw that this stuff works! Natural is the best medicine for problem hooves that I have seen.  Laminitic horses really benefit and are usually much more comfortable sometimes after the first trim.  I would suggest everyone investigate the benefits of barefoot hooves and see for yourself but be careful, not everyone who says they do a barefoot trim actually does one!

My farrier does this and only this, no shoes or anything. I have lots of horses coming and going, and then also ones that will never leave. I love it, and hopefully will never have to change. Everything is sound and stays sound. We ride everywhere and compete regularly also. I'm a big fan.

My mare foundered and after 4.5 yrs of farrier work she was worse.  I found Keith Seeley and he taught me his trim.  Koko has been loving life since.  I have since started trimming other peoples foundered horses using Keith's trim and they are improving.  I am so thankful that I found something that works for Koko and my clients.  This trim works on all types of hooves not just founder.  Koko' daughters legs are straight now thanks to properly trimming the hooves.
